Effective January 1, 2025
1. Booking & Payment
- All catering orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 1 week before delivery or pickup.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, or approved digital platforms.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event will receive a full refund (not including deposit.)
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
- If Meka Made It must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. Menu
All menu items are made fresh and with care. Ingredient availability may affect final presentation.
4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- Clients must notify Meka Made It of any allergies or dietary restrictions in writing at the time of booking.
- While precautions are taken, the kitchen is not allergen-free. Meka Made It is not liable for allergic reactions due to neglect of hand written notification.
5. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery is available within designated service areas. Fees may apply based on distance and order size.
- Setup services must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
- Meka Made It is not responsible for food safety once items have been delivered and accepted.
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions.
7. Photography & Promotion
We may photograph catered events for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing.
8. Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. These may be updated periodically without prior notice.
